Addressing these specific needs can help them to work together as family or tribe. Many of these countries have so much man power, but few tools that serve its objectives.\u00a0 Mission21-Fiji\u2019s Training Program will equip every volunteer and\u00a0 missionary in two or three skill\/trades as tools that will not only help, but can be passed on to the people for self-sustainability of the tribe or the community that they are called to serve. First and foremost, we would like to thank our Lord Jesus Christ for his call upon our lives to be part of the Great Commission and to serve with Youth With A Mission since 1990 and the Local churches.\u00a0 It has been our honor to serve with many others from different walks of life, language, culture and nations for the last twenty five years with YWAM. Through this time we were able serve in 20 countries. Making use of the resources for better structured C5 buildings.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #e02b20;\">6.Project Sites In Fiji<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span>Mission 21 has contributed\u00a0 towards the Disaster Management Costs with around over 500 new homes structures sawn using its sawmills in addition to the structures for partially damaged homes, schools &amp; bridges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The MISSION21 contributions VALUE from MAY 2016 TO MAY 2020 include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Provision of\u00a0 nine (9) Portable Sawmills worth US$205,000 (FJ$410,000)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Accessories like chain saws, saw blades, safety equipments, toolkits, generators and power tools worth US$130,000 (FJ$260,000)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>FJ$12.5 million being the value of sawn timber for 500 homes which were valued at $25,000 per house (30\u2032 X 18\u2032) &amp;\u00a0 $20,000 26\u2032 X 18\u2032 School \u2013 Taviya Village School 70\u2032 X 30\u2032 = FJ$75,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Two Bridges at Levuka Village in Ovalau each cost at FJ$350,000 (700K)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>26 Volunteers and 4 specialists have travelled to Fiji in this four years to provide Maintenance of sawmills and training for new users before relocation costing FJ$10,000 per person per trip and rebuilding homes. Conclusion<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Mission 21 Fiji\u00a0 Executives have realized the need in Fiji and with its support from the Mission 21 International and Montana Community that it is time that we pursue our stages 3 &amp; 4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But we would not be able to move forward without the help and continued support of Government by way of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tax Exemptions for Items to be brought for our Fiji Missions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Immigration Department assistance by allowing our overseas counterpart specialist in their different Fields to train local youths from all provinces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministry of Forests-Relevant approvals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministry of Regional Development\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approving agencies in Government<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provincial Offices<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will continue to assist the community through what the Lord has blessed us with and pray that every villagers who have faced the brunt of the C5 Cyclone Winston will be able to be sheltered through our partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be able to support its mills financially as we are in stage 3(Refer to No 5-Introduction),the Mission is bringing in a new machine-LT40 and Edger200 to be its commercial arm and supports its community assistance and ease some burden on Government.
