“VISION FOR MISSION 21 MISSIONARY TRAINING SCHOOL”
Vision For Mission 21 Training School
First and foremost, we would like to thank our Lord Jesus Christ for calling us to be part of the Great Commission. Been brought up by my grandparents who are both Lay Pastor (Vakatawa) for the Methodist Church and serve with Non Profit Organization called Youth With A Mission (YWAM). It has been our honor to serve with many others from different walks of life, language, culture and nations for the last 30 years. Through this time we were able serve in 18 countries. In our past experience, we’ve come across many who have had the heart to serve yet needed to be better equipped; to develop skills in specific areas so that their service/ministry may be more effective and fruitful in practical ways. Since 2011, we have been feeling that the Lord is desiring us to prepare a center where we can equip long term missionaries. Our strategic mission is to train and equip believers to reach long-term mission goals in different countries.
*The Need for Facility to Equip and Train local and International Students*
Training & Equipping for 21st Century Missions
Short and long term Missionaries, Missionary Teams, Team Leaders & Support Team Workers
Why the Mission21 Missionary Training School?
John 3:16… He gave his son Jesus that everyone may have the right and an opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And we are commanded to preach the gospel to the ends of the earth in Matthew 28:18-20:
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you;
and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Mission21 Missionary Training School’s goal is to train and equip more missionaries, for both short and long-term service, to go to the 42,9% of the world population who have never heard of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Especially those missionaries who are willing to commit three to five or more years serving an unreached people group. There are only 350,000 full time missionaries in the population of 3,9 Billion Unreach people of the world which is 0.00006%. We can change these numbers.
Nehemiah 4:16-18 Those who were building the wall and those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other, and each builder wore his sword at his side as he worked. But the man who sounds the trumpet stayed with me.

Four Main Focuses
- The Need of Training and Equipping more long term missionaries.
- The Need of Networking those who are Sent and The Senders.
- The Need of creating resources and financial support for those who are in the field.
- The Need of challenging the local community and churches to be involved in the work of the ministry and missions for the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Specific practical needs:
Each country or region has different skills/abilities with specific practical needs that would help them in their day to day lives and work. These skills/abilities pass from generation to generation that gives them a sense of dignity, value and identity of who they are as people, tribe or nation. Practical needs are the open doors to reaching people with tools, skills and training that can help them in their work. Many of these countries have much man power, but few skills/trades/tools that could help them meet the needs of their families and tribes. Mission21 Missionary Training School will give every missionary two or three skills/trades/tools to work with that will enable them to meet their own personal practical needs, help meet other people’s practical needs and equip people with skills/trades/tools that will enable them to meet their practical needs. This will in turn open doors for the missionaries to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the families, community, tribe, and nation that they have been called to serve.
