This work would not have been possible without the Love of Christ placed in our hearts to serve communities of all Nations through provision of expertise in the different fields to the financial support of the Communities in Ronan-Montana, USA and those who have given that I have not mentioned but God Knows.
I am especially indebted to the Fiji Government for Tax Exemptions on the Milling Machines that was brought to the Country. The Government has contributed to the project through Tax Exemptions on Mills & Parts,Department of Immigration permissions and Training Through the Ministry of Forests and Fiji Pine Trust who have been supportive of Mission 21 goals and who worked actively to provide us with the technical assistance to pursue those goals. The Mills were made possible by a small community of Ronan- Montana, who have been praying and very supportive of Mission21 involvement locally and Internationally in Africa, and Brazil for the last ten years. Mission21 Board and staff in Fiji and USA, would like to thank the government of Fiji and Wood Mizer Company in Indiana, USA for all the support.
I am grateful to all of those with whom I have had the pleasure to work during this projects. Each of the members of my Mission 21 International Executive Committee,Church Elders who have provided me extensive personal and spiritual guidance and taught me a great deal about community needs and means to address them and life in general. I would especially like to thank my colleagues in Mission 21 Fiji and support rendered by individuals family of Christ through their support in prayer and provision of my needs while in Fiji.
Nobody has been more important to me in the pursuit of this project than the members of my family. I would like to thank my mission family, whose love and guidance are with me in whatever I pursue. 4. Executive Summary
Each country or region has different and specific practical needs in their day to day lives and work. These needs have been passed down from generation to generation that gives them a sense of dignity and identity of who they are as community, tribe, language or nation. Addressing these specific needs can help them to work together as family or tribe. Many of these countries have so much man power, but few tools that serve its objectives. Mission21-Fiji’s Training Program will equip every volunteer and missionary in two or three skill/trades as tools that will not only help, but can be passed on to the people for self-sustainability of the tribe or the community that they are called to serve. First and foremost, we would like to thank our Lord Jesus Christ for his call upon our lives to be part of the Great Commission and to serve with Youth With A Mission since 1990 and the Local churches. It has been our honor to serve with many others from different walks of life, language, culture and nations for the last twenty five years with YWAM. Through this time we were able serve in 20 countries. Since 2011, we felt that the Lord is birthing in us a Mission21-Fiji, something totally different in a way to prepare a self-supporting Mission that will support those who are sent and the senders. Hub of commercial milling site to generate income to support and to establish a strategic mission center to prepare, train and equip believers in construction, farming, skills and trade to reach long-term goals in the remotest parts of unreached people groups.

7. Conclusion
The Mission 21 Fiji Executives have realized the need in Fiji and with its support from the Mission 21 International and Montana Community that it is time that we pursue our stages 3 & 4.
But we would not be able to move forward without the help and continued support of Government by way of:
- Tax Exemptions for Items to be brought for our Fiji Missions
- Immigration Department assistance by allowing our overseas counterpart specialist in their different Fields to train local youths from all provinces.
- Ministry of Forests-Relevant approvals
- Ministry of Regional Development
- Approving agencies in Government
- Provincial Offices
We will continue to assist the community through what the Lord has blessed us with and pray that every villagers who have faced the brunt of the C5 Cyclone Winston will be able to be sheltered through our partnership.
To be able to support its mills financially as we are in stage 3(Refer to No 5-Introduction),the Mission is bringing in a new machine-LT40 and Edger200 to be its commercial arm and supports its community assistance and ease some burden on Government. Government support through Tax Exemptions, State Land offered for lease, etc will be needed.
May the Lord Bless our beloved Fiji and its people, its leaders and all those involved in NGO’s & Missions work all around the world.
